The concert will feature classic Balinese instrumental compositions “Bapang Selisir” - a piece designed to welcome the gods and people to an event, “Langsing Tuban” - a famous resetting by Mr. Asnawa of an esoteric Gambuh court style work into Semar Pegulingan style, and an Asnawa composition “Gilak Walipraja” - written originally as a farewell for a visiting dignitary. Three modern works by ensemble director Patrick Conway, “Blossoming Dance” (with new choreography by Putu Oka Mardiani), “Masked Dance” (presented as an instrumental)
and
"Angels & Demons at Play"  will also be featured. Dance numbers will round out the presentation:
“
Pendet” - a very traditional welcoming dance, “Sekar Jagat” - a modern standard in the welcoming dance genre,
and “
Topeng Manis Monyer” - a solo character dance depicting a shy young man.
